Pictures

From the photos I have took, I have chosen the images that I feel most confident with and think that they will work most well in my print work. I have used dark make up under my models eyes to create a more dead effect which is ideal as it is a horror movie.

With the other images that include the hand and phone, I have used black eye shadow and red nail varnish to make the hand appear dirty and bloody which could suggest that the person who's hand it is, is either dangerous or a victim. It is also grabbing the phone in a quite a firm grip like it is precious to them and don't want to let it go which creates suspicion as in to why they don't want to let go of it.

I am hoping to combine two of the images together by trying to place the models face inside the phone screen to create a reflection effect. I would also want to edit the face and make the model look more scarier and use a contrast effect to make her dark eyes stand out more.

I Hope to use this image in my magazine cover as it is a full photo of her face and the expression on her face looks threatening which would be perfect for promoting a new film as I think it will challenge my audience to see if they are brave enough to watch this new film coming out. This would make the experience more exciting. In order to make it more effective, I plan to edit the image by changing the brightness and contrast to give more emphasis on the models eyes, and using the effects on Photoshop.

Time Management

While putting my main focus on my print designs, I have not had time to scan my moodboard, flat plans   and storyboards on to my blog. Now that I have finished all my print work, I am now focusing on uploading the rest of my planning and research on to my blog and adding more ideas and influential texts that have gave me more ideas as I was in the progress of designing my magazine cover and movie poster.
I now feel that I have more time to focus on my blog and will continue to work on it as I am in the progress of filming my trailer.
